Robert D. Gregg & Sons, Inc. is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and support. In the course of performing our business operations, we will gather certain personal information and share it with insurance underwriters and other organizations as needed to service your account. We take the safeguarding of our customer’s personal information very seriously. Your privacy has always been a priority here at RDG&S. With the passing of the Gramm Leach Bliley Financial Service Modernization Act, all financial and insurance institutions are required to have processes in place to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. In response to this new law, Robert D. Gregg & Sons, Inc. will provide customers with a copy of the RDG&S Privacy and Security Statement annually.
Collection of Personal Information
In order to provide you with insurance services, we may collect personal information about you. This information may not be available to the public and is therefore considered private. Information may be gathered via the following means:
Applications, worksheets, questionnaires, claim forms, client interviews and other documentation
(address, driver’s license, amount of coverage requested)
Data regarding transaction history (products purchased, claims made, payment history)
Information from other sources (prior loss history, demographic information, financial/credit reports, etc)
Disclosure of Personal Information
Associates of Robert D. Gregg & Sons, Inc. will have access to your personal information in order to provide service to your accounts. Robert D. Gregg & Sons, Inc. will also provide personal, (non-public) information to non-affiliated third parties, including insurance carriers and other service providers, but only for the purpose of providing you insurance services. We will also provide personal information to certain regulatory agencies in order to detect or prevent fraud or as otherwise required or allowed by law.
Personal Health Information
In certain circumstances, Robert D. Gregg & Sons, Inc. will collect health information, such as medical reports for the purpose of life and health insurance underwriting and claims management. RDG&S will not disclose personal health information to others without your consent, and then only for the purpose of providing you with insurance services, unless otherwise required by law.
ROBERT D. GREGG & SONS, INC. does not sell or trade mailing
lists and will never sell your personal or business information.
Security Controls
Access to personal information is available for business purposes. Individuals who have access are obligated to safeguard such information. RDG&S maintains internal employee procedures and non-disclosure agreements, electronic passwords, firewalls, data encryption, and physical security measures in order to ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ personal information.

This Privacy Statement applies to all former customers as well.
Notification of Change
Robert D. Gregg & Sons, Inc. may modify this policy at any time. We will notify customers of modifications when we communicate this policy annually.
